What you’ll do

Partner with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to develop and execute people strategies that drive innovation, growth, and a culture of excellence.

Define and implement HR strategies that support the unique needs of AI acceleration, product, and design functions.

Advise on organizational change initiatives, offering expertise on the people implications of business strategies.

Provide coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities to associates, fostering a culture of continuous learning and belonging.

Ensure consistent execution of HR practices, policies, and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Leverage data analysis and reporting to guide decision‑making, measure progress, and identify areas for improvement.

What you’ll bring

Proven experience in a senior‑level HR, People Partner, or Business Partner role supporting technology, product, or design teams.

Strong ability to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business goals, especially in fast‑paced, innovative environments.

Expertise in organizational change management and advising senior leaders through transformation.

Demonstrated success in coaching, talent development, and building high‑performing, inclusive teams.

Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, create actionable insights, and influence decision‑making.

Deep understanding of HR compliance, policies, and best practices, particularly within large, matrixed organizations.

Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills, with the confidence to drive cross‑functional collaboration and positive change.

Compensation The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 – $180,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Stock‑based incentives may also be provided for certain positions.

Minimum Qualifications

PHR or SPHR Human Resources Professional certification.

Project Management Certification.

Project management experience.

Supervisory experience.
