Responsibilities

Build, inspire, and coach a high-performing marketing team. Foster a culture of innovation, bold ideas, and continuous improvement. Develop and execute TAFB’s marketing and communications strategy. Oversee all paid/earned media, digital marketing, and crisis communications. Ensure alignment with the Marketing Project Manager and Graphic Design Manager. Create compelling messaging for press releases, media pitches, social content, newsletters, website content, reports, and multimedia. Manage media relations and maintain strong relationships with key outlets. Manage vendor partnerships and agency relationships for maximum ROI. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, or related field. 5+ years of marketing or communications leadership with proven results. Expertise in digital marketing, crisis communications, public/government relations, and campaign development. Strong ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and drive organizational messaging. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, website platforms, and modern marketing tools. Exceptional communication skills—writing, editing, storytelling, and media partnerships. Preferred

Spanish-speaking candidates strongly preferred.
