What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Build, implement, and manage a robust sales pipeline to track leads and performance metrics
- Develop and maintain strong executive-level relationships across organizations
- Craft and deliver compelling value propositions for the employer's platform
- Leverage a virtual territory team to achieve sales objectives
- Prepare deal overviews and contract summaries for stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications)
- 8–10 years of sales/business development experience in enterprise software, particularly in the media vertical
- Proven ability to engage with C-suite and technical levels
- Demonstrated success in driving growth through up-selling, cross-selling, and closing significant deals
- In-depth knowledge of ad-supported media and video use cases
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with quota-carrying sales roles
- Familiarity with the unique challenges of the media industry
- Strong negotiation skills with a history of exceeding revenue targets
- Ability to assess client needs effectively and align them with appropriate solutions
