This role encompasses the full spectrum of marketing—digital, traditional, creative, strategic, and operational.

The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years of multi-channel marketing experience, preferably across diverse industries, with strong exposure to healthcare, aesthetics, longevity, and luxury markets. This individual is organized, proactive, and passionate about prevention, wellness, and the patient-centered philosophy at the core of Gentera.

The Marketing Manager will oversee a Designer and a Social Media Coordinator, collaborating closely with company leadership, physicians, and operational teams to support cohesive brand growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Multi-Channel Marketing

Develop, manage, and execute integrated marketing strategies across all Gentera brands.

Create cohesive campaigns spanning email, SMS, paid digital (Meta + Google Ads), SEO, website content, in-clinic materials, social media, and events.

Ensure messaging, voice, visuals, and patient journey touchpoints are aligned across all platforms.

Oversee and optimize digital advertising campaigns focused on driving consults, memberships, and service awareness.

Lead performance analysis using tools such as SEMrush, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and platform dashboards.

Implement A/B testing, audience segmentation, retargeting, and reporting to strengthen effectiveness and ROI.

Utilize automation and AI tools thoughtfully to enhance efficiency, testing, and personalization.

3. Traditional Marketing & Collateral Management

Oversee production and approval of all printed and in-clinic collateral, including brochures, rack cards, membership packets, procedural guides, and event materials.

Maintain accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency across all printed assets and physical touchpoints.

Partner with operations to support in-office campaigns, signage, patient education materials, and brand presentation.

4. Product Launches & Go-To-Market Planning

Lead coordinated launch strategies for new treatments, services, memberships, technologies, and product offerings.

Create launch calendars, messaging frameworks, campaign assets, patient education tools, and internal rollout guidelines.

Work cross-functionally with leadership, physicians, and operations to ensure aligned execution and successful adoption.

Manage and mentor the Designer and Social Media Coordinator, setting priorities, reviewing work, and maintaining quality control.

Collaborate with physicians, practice managers, patient coordinators, and senior leadership to gather insights and support strategic initiatives.

Ensure all departments receive the marketing assets and support required to meet business goals.

6. CRM, Email & SMS Campaigns

Build, monitor, and optimize automated workflows for lead nurturing, patient retention, post-procedure education, membership onboarding, and reactivation.

Ensure all communications support the patient experience and reflect the tone and standards of the Gentera brand.

Manage the annual and monthly marketing budget, including ad spend allocation, creative production, events, and external services.

Evaluate and oversee vendors, agencies, and freelancers to ensure cost efficiency and quality.

Present regular performance reports and budget summaries to leadership.
