Position Overview
We are hiring a Lead Generation Marketer who lives and breathes performance marketing. Your mission is simple:
Drive more qualified leads.
Lower the cost per acquisition.
Scale predictable sales opportunities.
This role is perfect for someone who understands both digital and local lead-gen strategies, knows how to attract homeowners, and can turn attention into appointments.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute lead generation campaigns across paid social, Google Ads, SEO, and local platforms.
Build and optimize high-converting landing pages, funnels, and ad creatives.
Manage and improve lead quality and cost-per-lead across all channels.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI.
Optimize our presence on HomeAdvisor, Angi, Thumbtack, Porch, Yelp, Google, etc.
Create targeted campaigns for siding, roofing, and window replacement services.
Leverage data to refine audiences, creatives, budgets, and messaging.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead-to-appointment handoff.
Produce compelling social media content, reels, ads, and homeowner education posts.
Build local market awareness with geo-targeted strategies.
Test new platforms, tools, and trends to maximize brand reach and appointment volume.
Required Skills & Experience
2+ years in lead generation, digital marketing, or performance marketing
Proven success generating leads in the home improvement, construction, or service industry (big plus)
Ability to write strong headline copy, hooks, and CTAs
Data-driven mindset — knows how to read metrics and adjust fast
Familiarity with CRM systems and funnel-based lead routing
Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and execute with urgency
