Overview

Your Home Improvement Company is an industry leader in home improvement and is looking for an Events Lead Generator to represent the brand at home and garden shows, events, fairs, and festivals.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned area home and garden shows, events, fairs, and festivals.
• Represent the company at beautifully designed promotional booths and make connections with homeowners.
• Strike up conversations to promote industry-leading home improvement and remodeling services.
• Assist with booth set‑ups and tear‑downs, sometimes requiring some Thursday or Friday work.
• Use reliable transportation; non‑local travel will be reimbursed and may be paid for by the company.
• Earn hourly pay and potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• Own reliable transportation (non‑local travel reimbursed).
• Outgoing, energetic, and coachable personality.
• Open weekend availability (20–30 hours per week).
• Ability to lift 60 lbs for booth set‑ups and tear‑downs.
• Experience is not required; training is provided.

Compensation

Pay: $17.00–$19.00 per hour with opportunity for advancement. Bonuses on top of hourly pay.

Schedule

Mostly weekends, with occasional Thursday or Friday support for booth set‑ups.

Location

In person (local travel paid).
