Overview

Your Home Improvement Company - Events Lead Generator/Field Marketer.

We are looking for a motivated individual to represent our brand at area events, fairs, and festivals, engaging with homeowners and promoting our industry‑leading home improvement services.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company at events, building connections with homeowners.
• Operate promotional booths and engage with event patrons.
• Travel to event locations (non‑local travel reimbursed).
• Attend award‑winning marketing training if needed.
• Lift up to 60 lbs. for booth set‑ups and tear‑downs.

Qualifications

• Own reliable transportation (travel reimbursement available).
• Outgoing, energetic, coachable personality.
• Open weekend availability.
• Ability to lift 60 lbs.
• Previous experience not required.

Pay & Schedule

Hourly: $18‑20 with potential for advancement.

Expected hours: 20‑30 per week. Overnight and weekend availability required.
