About the Role

We travel to home and garden shows, fairs, and festivals to promote our home improvement services. You’ll set up and help run the booth, meet homeowners, and share information about our remodeling solutions.

Responsibilities

• Attend home and garden shows, fairs, and festivals.
• Set up and, when required, assist with booth set‑up and tear‑down on Thursdays and Fridays.
• Engage in conversations with homeowners, answer questions, and gather leads.
• Represent the company’s high‑quality remodeling services at each event.
• Earn a base hourly rate plus performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Own reliable transportation; non‑local travel is reimbursed.
• Outgoing, energetic, and coachable personality.
• Open weekend availability; ability to work on Thursdays or Fridays for set‑up.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. for booth set‑ups and tear‑downs.
• No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.

Benefits & Compensation

• Hourly pay range: $17‑$19 per hour (with potential bonuses).
• Travel reimbursement for non‑local work.
• Paid training and opportunity for advancement.

Schedule & Location

• Part‑time: 20–30 hours per week.
• Mostly weekends (Saturday/Sunday); occasional Thursday/Friday for set‑up.
• Work Location: In person at events; primarily Rapid City, SD.
