Strategic Paid Advertising Manager – Intaker
Intaker is seeking a highly analytical and creative Strategic Paid Advertising Manager to scale our digital acquisition engine and accelerate revenue growth across the U.S. and Canada. This role will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across multiple channels—including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms—designed to drive qualified leads, reduce CAC, and support our expansion.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and own Intaker’s holistic paid advertising strategy across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, retargeting networks, and industry‑specific platforms.
- Plan, launch, and manage full‑funnel campaigns optimized for lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue.
- Set performance benchmarks, forecast spend, and allocate budgets across channels for maximum ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, analyzing CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and funnel conversion rates.
- Build and implement A/B tests across creative, targeting, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to reduce CAC and increase revenue efficiency.
- Own reporting dashboards and provide weekly/monthly performance insights to leadership.
- Partner with Product to ensure successful campaigns alongside successful product launches and ensuring iterations happen both quickly and efficiently
- Work closely with Sales to understand lead quality and refine targeting criteria.
- Collaborate with Content and Design to create compelling ads, landing pages, and video assets.
- Align with Creative Content on attribution, tracking, and funnel measurement.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity in the legal tech and SaaS space.
- Identify new channels, technologies, and experiments to diversify and scale acquisition.
- Evaluate and manage relationships with agencies and external partners as needed.
Skills and Requirements
- 3–6+ years of hands‑on experience managing paid advertising for successful paid advertising agencies serving B2B SaaS companies.
- Proven success managing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta; LinkedIn Ads is a must. Microsoft Advertising preferred.
- Familiarity with Webflow is a must.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution modeling, and analytics tools (Google Tag Manager, pixel tracking codes, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to optimize full‑funnel campaigns and lower CAC while improving lead quality.
- Experience managing budgets of tens of thousands of dollars per month with clear ROI accountability.
- Deep expertise in keyword research, audience segmentation, retargeting, and bid strategy.
- Exceptional analytical and Excel/Sheets skills; comfortable presenting data‑driven insights.
- Strong copywriting and creative direction skills for high‑performing ads.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth startup environment.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working cross‑functionally.
- Salary: $80K - $90K Base Salary + Sales Incentives (OTE = $100K - $120K)
- Bonus: Up to 10% of base, TBD in December every year
