Location:

Camden County, NJ (10 miles outside Philadelphia, PA) – in‑office

Salary:

$110,000–$140,000 + Production & Origination Bonuses (OTE up to $200k+)

Our client, a well‑respected law firm serving New Jersey and southeastern Pennsylvania, is looking for an Associate Attorney to join their team in Cherry Hill, NJ. In this role, you will represent financial institutions and other creditors in foreclosure, creditors’ rights, and related commercial litigation matters, including note enforcement, REO, landlord‑tenant, and creditor‑side bankruptcy cases. You will handle foreclosure and enforcement matters from inception through post‑judgment resolution, argue motions in New Jersey courts, and advise clients on foreclosure strategy, remedies, and property rights. The ideal candidate is licensed in New Jersey, has hands‑on creditor‑side foreclosure experience, and brings a solid understanding of creditors’ rights and the full foreclosure lifecycle. Responsibilities

Represent financial institutions and creditors in foreclosure and commercial litigation

Manage foreclosure cases from initiation through post‑judgment resolution

Conduct legal research on statutes, regulations, and property laws

Draft pleadings, motions, affidavits, and other foreclosure and enforcement documents

Advise clients on foreclosure procedures and property rights

Argue motions and hearings before judges in NJ courts

Assist with creditor‑side bankruptcy tasks such as proofs of claim and stay relief motions

Collaborate with partners, associates, and paralegals on active cases

Manage and mentor assigned paralegals and support staff

Maintain organized and up‑to‑date case files

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree required

Licensed to practice in New Jersey required

2+ years of foreclosure, creditors’ rights, or commercial litigation experience required

Experience arguing motions and foreclosure hearings required
