We are a growing law firm in South Florida focused on creditors’ rights, foreclosure litigation, and related matters. We seek a motivated and talented attorney to join our team to handle a high‑volume docket, represent lenders in foreclosure and post‑foreclosure matters, and assist with strategic litigation and negotiation. You will collaborate with senior attorneys, manage your own cases, and help support the firm’s goals of excellent client service and strong legal results.
Responsibilities
Manage docket with multiple cases under tight deadlines.
Represent lenders in foreclosure and post‑foreclosure matters.
Assist with strategic litigation and negotiation.
Collaborate with senior attorneys and support firm’s goals.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Florida Bar, in good standing.
Significant experience in creditors’ rights, foreclosure, real estate litigation or related fields.
Strong litigation skills, including motion practice, hearings, trial preparation.
Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Good communication skills, both with clients and opposing counsel.
Self‑motivated, organized, and detail oriented.

Base Pay Range $90,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr
