enabling revenue growth. Implement advanced analytics frameworks to predict market trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and inform

data driven decision making. Business Development Develop and execute enterprise-level business development strategies

to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Identify and pursue

new market opportunities , strategic partnerships, and joint ventures to strengthen competitive advantage. Collaborate with Operations to align marketing and business development initiatives with corporate growth objectives. Negotiate and structure

high-value contracts and partnerships

with key clients, vendors, and industry stakeholders. Represent the organization at

industry conferences, trade shows, and executive networking events

to build relationships and enhance brand visibility. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform proactive business development strategies. Executive Influence & Team Leadership Present marketing and business development performance, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to the

Board of Directors and C-Suite . Build and mentor a

high-performing marketing and business development organization , fostering innovation, accountability, and succession readiness. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines across all markets. Executive-Level Qualifications Education:

Bachelor’ degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including

executive-level roles

in organizations with $500M+ annual revenue. Demonstrated success in

enterprise marketing strategy , brand transformation, and campaign execution. Work in the construction industry is a plus. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in advanced marketing analytics, CRM platforms, and digital marketing ecosystems. Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and predictive modeling. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to influence

C-Suite and Board-level decisions . Track record of building and scaling marketing teams to support rapid organizational growth. Strategic Acumen: Strong understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies. Experience managing

large-scale budgets and P&L accountability .
