Job Description
Senior Product Designer role on the Partners Discover Buy Experience team, a technology company focused on empowering athletes through innovative web and mobile experiences.
The position centers on eComm Web Design and Strategy for the partners site, a special remote project (any timezone) redesigning the B2B ecommerce website to excite customers like Dick's Sporting Goods with an athlete-focused, elevated "north star" vision—the best B2B site ever, emphasizing high-craft design.
Designers collaborate cross-functionally to translate business and user needs into polished, brand-right journeys.
Roles & Responsibilities
Design polished visual comps, wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity prototypes representing the brand for the B2B ecommerce site.
Own multiple product features for medium to large projects, rapidly iterating from brief to final delivery.
Pitch diverse ideas collaboratively, incorporate feedback, and communicate design intentions to establish vision.
Work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and designers to solve complex problems simply, using white space, typography, and smooth UI/UX flows.
Build high-level craft experiences to create excitement for B2B customers, focusing on complex topic simplification and holistic project look/feel.
Must Have
Exceptional portfolio showcasing white space use, high craft, UI/UX flow, complex problem-solving, and typography.
Figma and Principle expertise for high-fidelity prototypes.
Collaborative mindset for pitching ideas, openness to feedback, and end-to-end digital product design (open to various experience levels, prioritizing fresh ideas and style).
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Principle, and Keynote; strong UX/UI/IA skills, product thinking, and user-centric processes.
Nice to Have
Conceptualizing, vision work, and 3D/AR prototyping.
After Effects prototyping and UI motion design.
Agency experience for quick pivots and fast movement.
Familiarity with consumer research, data, and launching software at scale; passion for sports and innovation.
