Summary We are seeking a User Experience (UX) Designer 5 to support a high‑impact special project focused on transforming an existing B2B ecommerce website into an elevated, athlete‑centered digital experience. This role requires a designer with exceptional craft, strong conceptual thinking, and the ability to define the “north star” vision for a next‑generation B2B ecommerce platform.

Candidates must present a portfolio showcasing high‑level design craft, exceptional use of white space, typography, UI flow, and complex problem‑solving.

This role is ideal for a visionary designer who excels at building premium, high‑fidelity digital experiences and thrives in collaborative, iterative environments.

Project Overview

Designing a modern, elevated B2B ecommerce experience for wholesale and large retail partners.

Reimagining existing digital flows to inspire and excite business customers.

Creating high‑fidelity prototypes that demonstrate world‑class UX and visual design.

Crafting a premium design system rooted in athlete‑focused storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

UX & UI Design Execution:

Create highly polished visual comps, UI flows, wireframes, and prototypes; rapidly iterate on design concepts from early vision to final delivery; define the overarching design direction (“north star”) for end‑to‑end B2B ecommerce experiences; produce cohesive, holistic design systems across large and complex digital projects.

Collaboration & Strategy:

Work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and cross‑functional teams; translate complex requirements into clear, intuitive, user‑centric solutions; deliver presentations of design concepts, rationale, and strategy to internal stakeholders; use insights, research, and data to inform and refine design decisions.

Innovation & Problem‑Solving:

Explore new ways to simplify complex information through elegant design; develop fresh concepts that drive innovation across digital product experiences; experiment with motion, emerging technologies (e.g., AR/3D), and advanced prototyping.

Must‑Have Qualifications

4+ years of experience in end‑to‑end digital product design with strong UX/UI capabilities.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in design, HCI, UX/UI, or related fields.

Proven experience designing for digital products, websites, or ecommerce experiences.

Expert proficiency in Figma and Principle for high‑fidelity prototyping.

Strong Understanding Of

Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Experience working with research, data insights, and iterative design processes.

Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications

Experience in After Effects for UI motion design.

Experience conceptualizing and prototyping 3D or AR interactions.

Background working in creative agency environments.

Experience launching digital products at scale.

Ability to pivot quickly, explore multiple directions, and iterate rapidly.
