Position Overview The Customer Marketing, Accountant Channel team is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager (Contractor) who excels in organization, optimization, and end-to-end campaign management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building high-impact customer growth programs, supporting field marketing initiatives, and using data to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications
5–7 years of experience managing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns and customer communications
Hands‑on experience with email marketing, promotions, and operational support
1–2 years of field marketing experience or strong working knowledge
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a data‑driven approach
Proven project management, time management, and organizational abilities
Strong communication skills, with the ability to proactively surface insights and recommendations
Experience collaborating across creative, sales, product, and leadership teams
High attention to detail and strong organizational discipline
Must be within commuting distance of San Jose, CA
Key Responsibilities
Build and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns (email experience required) to drive customer adoption, expansion, and retention
Manage the execution of customer field events, partnering closely with the Sales and Events teams to coordinate logistics and deliver exceptional experiences
Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to oversee program components including content, design, lead flows, landing pages, and routing
Track and report on campaign performance, using tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, and marketing automation platforms to surface insights and optimization opportunities
Ensure accurate lead flow management, including routing, attribution, and data quality
Partner with leadership to support budget planning, goal setting, and ROI measurement
