Who You Will Work With This role reports directly to the Director of Jordan North America, Brand Planning & Operations and partners closely with the Director of Jordan Brand Impact & Kids, Brand Marketing. You will receive coaching and learning opportunities through your direct manager as you grow professionally.
Daily, you’ll collaborate with Brand Marketing, Marketing Functions (Integrated Retail Marketing, Digital, Media, Creative, Product Management, City teams), Nike Brand Planning & Operations, Legal, and Finance.

What You Bring
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in marketing, brand planning & operations, or project/program management.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience; we accept suitable combinations.
Inspires excellence through partnership and collaboration, managing and leading through change.
Strong communication skills, managing multiple tracks and campaigns simultaneously.
Process optimization acumen and familiarity with Airtable, budgets, and navigating complex matrixes while working with senior leadership.
Ability to evaluate and measure risk and results, informing decisions and learning.
Proven track record of managing complex workstreams and delivering on time and within budget.
Travel 10% of the time.
What You Will Work On
You will be a key partner to the Brand Impact and Kids Brand Marketing team, stewarding the process across the Integrated Marketing Plan from concept to execution.
You will focus on Brand Impact, Sport, Streetwear, Energy, and Kids, ensuring seasonal readiness and aligning with Code Marketing milestones.
You will lead all in‑season executions, ensuring readiness at pivotal moments within the Code Marketing process.
You will drive clarity, clear paths forward, resource optimization, and cross‑functional collaboration.
As a leader, you will manage and orchestrate multiple seasons and workflows, ensuring Nike Inc. brand standards are met and initiatives are delivered on time, in scope, and on budget.
Build operating plans, integrated workback schedules, and platform management via Airtable for campaign workflow and budget.
