Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Blowing Rock, NC, for the position of Director of Sales Marketing. The candidate will oversee and manage all sales and marketing activities, develop strategic business plans, build and maintain relationships with clients, and identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities include leading and managing the sales team, tracking sales performance, collaborating with other departments to drive revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Director will also create and implement effective marketing strategies to enhance the resort’s visibility and brand presence.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Sales and Business Development to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
Strong knowledge of Sales Operations and ability to track performance and implement effective strategies.
Exceptional Customer Service skills with a focus on building sustainable client relationships.
Experience in Team Management, including the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales and marketing team.
Relevant degree preferred (e.g., Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field), with strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience with meta search and other sales technology.
Capability to work on‑site full‑time in Blowing Rock, NC, and maintain a flexible schedule as needed for operational demands.
