## Job Description# LMS Content SpecialistThe Learning & Development team at **The Client** is seeking a highly skilled **eLearning Developer & LMS Content Specialist** to design and build modern, engaging, and fully SCORM-compliant digital learning experiences. This role requires deep expertise in Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and multimedia development, as well as hands-on experience publishing and managing content inside Workday Learning.* Ensure all modules meet WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards (alt text, focus order, color contrast, captions, transcripts, keyboard navigation).* Conduct rigorous QA testing across browsers and devices for functionality and responsiveness.* Optimize user experience using sound UX/UI principles for adult learning.
