Role Overview We seek a data‑driven growth leader to own paid and lifecycle marketing for both our self‑serve and enterprise business. You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and GTM teams to build, test, launch, and optimize acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization pipelines.
Responsibilities
Performance Strategy
Define acquisition strategy across PLG and enterprise, set channel mix, audience targeting, & scaling budget.
Prioritize opportunities by retention, efficiency, and path to profitable growth.
Performance Marketing
Lead paid media from hypothesis to execution across paid search, Reddit, YouTube, retargeting, SEO/GEO.
Build A/B testing frameworks, campaign planning, creative testing, and channel optimization.
Own CAC, ROI, payback performance, and ROAS modeling.
Lifecycle Marketing
Create persistent, personalized journeys for both self‑serve and enterprise segments.
Design scalable activation & retention paths via email, push, and in‑product messaging.
Guide enterprise accounts to SQLs through nurture, product signals, and pipeline‑aware triggers.
Website Optimization
Own Warp’s web surfaces to improve discoverability & conversion.
Lead A/B experiments with Product & Design to boost activation and engagement.
Marketing Technology & AI Optimization
Manage and optimize core platforms (Customer.io, HubSpot, Framer, etc.) for personalization and performance.
Maintain clean taxonomy, triggers, and automation infrastructure.
Analytics & Reporting
Maintain full‑funnel dashboards and surface experiment insights.
Lead forecasting, pacing, and execution readouts for self‑serve & enterprise.
Qualifications
8+ years in growth roles spanning performance marketing, demand generation, lifecycle marketing, across consumer/developer and enterprise.
Proven success managing self‑serve & enterprise acquisition, activation, and monetization.
Strong analytical skills with deep experience in segmentation, attribution, cohort analysis, funnel modeling, and experimentation.
Track record of improving conversion and activation on large‑audience web properties.
Hands‑on experience setting up tracking, events, and lifecycle/CRM systems for precise funnel measurement.
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate technical concepts for developers.
Willingness to roll up sleeves and do all things necessary for an early‑stage startup.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with the developer ecosystem, personas, and developer‑centric messaging.
Passion for learning about terminals & developer tools.
Experience coding.
Compensation Competitive base salary of $200,000 – $250,000 plus meaningful equity with a four‑year vesting schedule and one‑year cliff.
