Our manufacturing team in Manassas, VA, is dedicated to crafting flawless products with a dedication to excellence. As a Thin Films Equipment Technician, you will be instrumental in ensuring our production processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with our ambitious team to implement solutions that meet our strict quality standards, and your contribution will be vital to our success. Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain thin film deposition equipment to ensure flawless production quality Perform regular preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime Collaborate with engineering teams to successfully implement process improvements Monitor equipment performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency Strictly adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment Minimum Qualifications:

Education in industry related associate degree; working towards a STEM related degree; equivalent military training and experience; equivalent work experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work 12-hour shifts (3 on/4 off and 4 on/3 off) including night shift Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Materials Science, or related field Experience with semiconductor manufacturing processes Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and other quality control methodologies; certification in equipment maintenance or relevant technical areas
