About The Role We’re hiring a Creative Director to lead our department and architect the strategy behind some of the most talked‑about product launch campaigns on X and LinkedIn.
This is not a “make us some content” role. It is a creative leadership role where you shape the entire narrative arc of a campaign from the ground up.
You will be responsible for turning raw products, data, and ideas into cultural moments…the kind that make founders DMs explode, investors take notice, and entire niches start talking.
Responsibilities Own the Big‑Picture Launch Strategy
Build the full creative and distribution plan for each campaign
Identify the dominant narrative, angle, and emotional triggers that will drive virality
Turn clients’ complex product value props into simple, viral storylines
Lead the Creation of the Launch Video
Run client onboardings and deep product immersions
Review assets (sales calls, testimonials, customer insights) to identify “aha” moments
Direct visual and narrative direction for our filmmaking team
Ensure the flagship launch video becomes the central “event” piece of the campaign
Oversee Influencer Strategy, Distribution & The Post Guide
Collaborate with content writers to build a bulletproof Virality & Post Guide for influencers
Craft clear guidelines, examples, and narrative frameworks that creators can easily execute
Define the target audience and identify creators who hold influence within those circles
Guide the influencer team on ideal partnerships, angles, messaging, and deliverables
Ensure all influencer posts fuel the overarching narrative arc and align perfectly with the creative strategy and distribution plan
Who You Are A storyteller with a deep understanding of how virality works on X and LinkedIn
Someone who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑accountability environments
A strategic thinker who can zoom out to see the big picture and zoom in to refine details
A leader who can inspire, direct, and collaborate with filmmakers, editors, writers
You have experience producing or directing content that has reached millions
You understand narrative psychology, platform‑native communication, and the mechanics of attention

Compensation Shown Media provides the wage ranges it reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for all remote roles and as otherwise required by applicable law. The expected range of starting pay for this role is $70,000 – $105,000 annually.
