About the Role Their VP of Marketing is looking for a full‑stack Growth Marketer to lead a small, fast‑moving pod focused on rapid experimentation and measurable business impact. This is a hands‑on builder role — not people management — with full ownership of strategy, execution, and results. What You’ll Do Lead a cross‑functional growth pod to drive a key KPI (e.g., trial or acquisition growth). Design, launch, and measure rapid marketing experiments across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels. Build full‑funnel tests: ad creative, landing pages, copy, and lifecycle flows. Use data to form hypotheses, iterate quickly, and scale what works. Partner with design, product, and CX to create a seamless customer journey. Document and share learnings to accelerate team growth. What You Bring 5+ years in growth or performance marketing (SaaS or creator‑focused experience a plus). Track record of running end‑to‑end campaigns with clear results. Hands‑on experience with major ad platforms and funnel tools. Strong analytical skills and comfort with CAC/LTV and funnel metrics. Portfolio demonstrating speed, creativity, and shipped experiments.
