We’re looking for a true marketing nerd with a passion for social media advertising to join Abe, a boutique consultancy focusing exclusively on social media advertising. If you love building new things with a team motivated to win, this role could be the perfect fit.
As a fast‑growing agency, we’re future‑focused and culture‑centric. The Associate Director spearheads this position, and you’ll operate as the cornerstone of our social media team.
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee and lead a collection of Social Media accounts
Serve as direct support to client contacts
Communicate weekly with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on tasks, quality, and improvement opportunities
Build strategies for clients each quarter
Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns
Deeply understand client positioning and unique value propositions
Confirm accurate lead routing within a CRM
Manage personal productivity and utilization
Collaborate with the Associate Director to ensure internal and client goals are achieved
Understand the value of Programmatic campaigns
Drive cross‑sells, upsells, and referrals via client relationships and professional network
Execute and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns—including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI
What You Offer
2+ years experience at a performance/digital marketing agency supporting B2B clients
Deep expertise across paid social advertising campaigns, specifically LinkedIn Ads
Understanding of LinkedIn platform ad units such as conversation ads, document ads, CTV, etc.
Proficiency with advertising platforms and tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense, and more
Strong knowledge of paid media principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization
Analytical skills using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or other analytics platforms to drive data‑based decisions
Ability to measure results via OCT and drive audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc.
Proven success with mid‑market or enterprise accounts
Strong communication skills to translate strategy into data stories
Competitive, curious, and problem‑solving mindset
Passion for staying on the cutting edge of the industry
Excellent organization, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
Quality‑obsessed with a passion for advertising
Occasional travel to visit clients (approximately once per year)

Effective management of roughly five mid‑tier and enterprise accounts
Exceed department KPIs such as client growth, goal attainment, client NSMs (North Star Metrics), and client satisfaction scores
Build trust and relationships that drive consistent renewals
Cross‑sell services aligning with client goals and objectives
Clear communication of results to client contacts and executives
Exceptional strategic decision‑making for account direction
Benefits
Set living wage in the U.S. Salary: $70,000‑$80,000 USD

You’ll need a reliable laptop (PC or Mac), internet access, and a professional background.
