Soul Plunge
Soul Plunge is seeking a Studio Manager who is organized, people-focused, and passionate about yoga, breathwork, contrast therapy and community. This role is the operational heartbeat of our studio, ensuring our teachers, members, and guests feel supported, connected, and inspired every day.
This position is ~25 hours per week , hybrid, with opportunities to teach yoga and breathwork classes.
2+ years of yoga teaching experience (required)
Openness to teaching breathwork; previous breathwork training/experience is a plus
Experience in a wellness, fitness, or hospitality environment
Strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence
Comfortable with sales, outreach, and member relationship-building
What You’ll Do
Daily Operations
Work closely with Studio Owner, Business Development Manager & Studio Operations Coordinator
Respond to Momence SMS messages and member inquiries
Handle emergency sub requests and schedule adjustments
Respond to all reviews with professionalism and warmth
Employee Management & Culture
Deliver feedback to teachers and staff
Review and approve upcoming sub requests
Share weekly team updates and announcements
Track and deliver employee feedback/performance reviews
Support hiring, interviews, and onboarding
Manage employee milestones: 1-year reviews, birthdays, appreciation touches
Help update and maintain the Employee Handbook
Member Retention & Experience
Call all new members for onboarding + support
Send personalized texts and follow-ups to retain members
Coordinate member appreciation gifts and monthly community engagement campaigns
Contact upcoming annual renewals and support membership retention
Review ClassPass, WellPass, and GymPass insights for growth opportunities
Support lead conversion and membership sales efforts
Follow up with prospects, trials, inquiries, and renewals
Call high-risk and inactive members to re-engage
Support monthly revenue goals through consistent outreach
Scheduling & Systems Management
Update & maintain all tech platforms (Experience with Momence a plus!)
Review monthly class attendance data and suggest schedule optimizations
Manage subs and teacher schedules
Marketing & Community Engagement
SMS and email campaigns
Optimize marketing sequences
Coordinate monthly community moments, seasonal activations, and holiday touches
Studio Operations & Logistics
Work closely with Studio Operations Coordinator on studio improvements and inventory
Maintain smooth daily studio functioning across all platforms and systems
Support cleanliness, vibe, and flow of the space
