We use Customer Generation—a marketing methodology developed by us—which focuses on SQLs and Customers instead of traditional metrics like MQLs. This role reports to the Associate Director and is a crucial part of the social media team, offering a unique opportunity to be on the ground floor of a fast‑growing specialty agency.
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee and lead a collection of social media accounts.
Serve as direct support to client contacts.
Communicate weekly with vendors or operational partners to ensure tasks are aligned, quality is maintained, and improvements are made.
Build client strategies each quarter.
Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns.
Deeply understand client positioning and unique value propositions.
Confirm lead routing is accurate within a CRM.
Maintain personal productivity and utilization.
Work directly with the Associate Director to achieve internal and client goals.
Understand the value of programmatic campaigns.
Drive cross‑sells, upsells, and referrals via client relationships and your professional network.
Execute and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns—including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting—to maximize ROI.
What You Offer
2+ years experience at a performance/digital marketing agency, supporting B2B clients.
Deep expertise across paid social advertising campaigns, specifically LinkedIn Ads.
Understanding of LinkedIn ad units such as conversation ads, document ads, CTV, and more.
Proficiency in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, ZoomInfo, 6Sense, and related tools.
Strong grasp of paid principles—keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization.
Ability to analyze campaign performance data with Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or other analytics platforms to make data‑driven decisions.
Experience driving results and measuring via objective‑based performance indicators.
Audience segmentation experience by tier, job title, etc.
Proven and measurable success with mid‑market or enterprise accounts.
Strong communication skills to translate strategy and tell data stories.
Competitive, curious, and a true problem solver.
Passion for industry trends, always looking to grow and share.
Excellent organization, prioritization, and project management skills.
Quality‑obsessed with a pragmatic approach to advertising.
Travel to visit clients approximately once per year, per client or as needed.
What Success Looks Like
Encompass core values in every interaction, internally and externally.
Effectively manage approximately five mid‑tier and enterprise accounts.
Meet and exceed department‑level KPIs, including client growth and goal attainment; core KPIs are client North Star Metrics (NSMs) and client satisfaction scores.
Build client trust and relationships that lead to consistent renewals.
Cross‑sell services aligned to client goals and objectives.
Clearly communicate results to client points of contact and executives.
Make exceptional decisions related to strategic direction for accounts.

Living wage: U.S‑based base salary range $70,000‑$80,000 USD (range may vary based on experience).

Work Environment Requirements
As a remote‑first company, you’ll have the ability to work from anywhere in the U.S., with optional use of our state‑of‑the‑art offices in Irvine, California. This role operates 100% virtually. Collaboration occurs primarily via Zoom and Slack. A laptop (PC or Mac), suitable software platforms, and reliable internet are required.
