Senior Account Strategist, LinkedIn Advertising (Remote US)
Abe is a specialized consultancy focused exclusively on social media advertising. We help clients leverage LinkedIn, Meta, and other platforms to reach, engage, and convert their target audiences. This role is a Senior Social Media Strategist position within our fast‑growing agency.
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee and lead a portfolio of social media accounts.
Serve as direct support to client contacts and communicate weekly with vendors and operational partners.
Build and execute client strategies each quarter.
Create, maintain, and optimize paid‑media budgets.
Provide fractional support to internal marketing teams.
Deeply understand client positioning and value propositions.
Confirm lead routing accuracy within a CRM.
Manage personal productivity and utilization.
Collaborate with the Associate Director to ensure client and internal goals are met.
Understand and apply programmatic campaign concepts.
Drive cross‑sell, upsell, and referral opportunities.
Execute and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns—including ad copywriting, target audience development, and ROI maximization.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience supporting B2B clients at a performance or digital marketing agency.
Deep expertise in LinkedIn Ads and other paid‑social platforms.
Proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense, and other advertising tools.
Strong knowledge of paid‑media principles: keyword research, ad copy, bid management, and optimization.
Ability to analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or equivalent tools.
Experience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc.
Proven success managing mid‑market or enterprise accounts.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects concurrently.
Adaptable, problem‑solving mindset, and a passion for staying on the cutting edge of the industry.
Travel to client sites approximately once per year, as required.

Manage roughly five mid‑tier and enterprise accounts.
Meet or exceed department KPIs, including client NSMs and satisfaction scores.
Build client trust and secure consistent renewals.
Effectively cross‑sell services aligned with client goals.
Communicate results clearly to client executives.
Demonstrate exceptional strategic decision‑making.
Benefits
Living wage: annual base salary range $85,000‑$95,000 USD.
