Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee and lead a collection of Social Media accounts

Serve as direct support to client contacts

Maintain weekly communication with vendors and operational partners to ensure alignment on tasks, quality, and improvement opportunities

Build and execute quarterly strategies for each client

Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns

Provide fractional support for internal marketing initiatives within the boutique agency

Deeply understand client positioning and unique value propositions

Confirm accurate lead routing within a CRM

Manage personal productivity and utilization

Collaborate with the Associate Director to ensure client and internal goals are achieved

Understand the value of programmatic campaigns

Drive cross‑sell, upsell, and referral opportunities through client relationships and professional networks

Execute and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns, including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI

What You Offer

4+ years of performance/digital marketing agency experience supporting B2B clients

Deep expertise across paid social advertising, specifically LinkedIn Ads

Familiarity with LinkedIn platform units such as conversation ads, document ads, CTV, and more

Proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, ZoomInfo, 6Sense, and related tools

Ability to delegate to junior team members for joint success

Strong understanding of paid principles: keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization

Data‑driven skillset using Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or other analytics platforms

Experience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc.

Proven, measurable success with mid‑market or enterprise accounts

Ability to translate and articulate strategy, telling stories with data

Competitive, curious mindset and problem‑solving skills

Commitment to industry cutting edge and continuous growth

Excellent organization, prioritization, and multi‑project management

Quality‑obsessed attitude, not losing the soul for advertising

Travel to clients approximately once per year, as needed

What Success Looks Like

Encompass core values in every interaction, internally and externally

Effectively manage approximately five mid‑tier and enterprise accounts

Meet and exceed department‑level KPIs such as client NSMs and satisfaction scores

Build client trust and relationships that lead to consistent renewals

Cross‑sell services aligned with client goals and objectives

Clearly communicate results to client points of contact and executives

Make exceptional strategic decisions for account direction

Benefits

Base salary range $85,000–$95,000 USD
