Responsibilities

  • define and execute the strategic vision for marketing and growth initiatives
  • lead the marketing organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives, driving revenue growth, and executing effective marketing strategies across multiple communication channels
  • shape the brand, build high-performing marketing teams, and create measurable business impact
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive growth, strengthen the brand, and enhance customer engagement
  • Contribute to the development of innovative corporate campaigns and strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and market presence
  • Build strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and overall revenue impact
  • Partner with executive leadership to identify new opportunities to grow revenue, customer engagement, and market presence
  • Oversee marketing programs, partnerships, and campaigns with a focus on measurable business outcomes

Requirements

  • 8 – 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership of marketing teams in high-growth, performance-driven organizations
  • Proven experience with digital marketing platforms, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), and marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, Klaviyo)
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field; master's degree preferred

Preferred

  • Experience in health, wellness, or similarly fast-moving industries is a plus
