Responsibilities
- define and execute the strategic vision for marketing and growth initiatives

- Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive growth, strengthen the brand, and enhance customer engagement

- Build strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and overall revenue impact
- Partner with executive leadership to identify new opportunities to grow revenue, customer engagement, and market presence
- Oversee marketing programs, partnerships, and campaigns with a focus on measurable business outcomes
Requirements
- 8 – 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership of marketing teams in high-growth, performance-driven organizations
- Proven experience with digital marketing platforms, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), and marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, Klaviyo)
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field; master's degree preferred
Preferred
- Experience in health, wellness, or similarly fast-moving industries is a plus
