Key Responsibilities
Qualify and develop leads, modeling best practices in outreach, research, and consultative conversations
Lead and coach a high‑performing team to meet SLA and quality standards across inbound lead sources (forms, events, webinars, content engagement)
Design and enforce speed‑to‑lead processes, ensuring timely engagement and effective strategies
Deliver actionable insights by ensuring persona‑based intelligence and call notes are accurate and valuable for Account Executives
Drive conversion of qualified leads into Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) and oversee scheduling of discovery meetings to meet pipeline goals
Maintain CRM data integrity, setting standards and coaching on best practices for lead management
Collaborate with Marketing leadership to refine lead quality, conversion trends, and messaging—bringing team insights to strategic discussions
Champion continuous learning, fostering product, industry, and persona knowledge development across the team
Own team performance metrics, including SAL creation, booked meetings, and conversion rates, while providing analysis and improvement plans
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
2+ years of experience in inbound sales development or marketing
Strong understanding of inbound marketing and lead management processes
Proven ability to coach and develop high‑performing teams
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills with ability to convey ideas clearly to influence stakeholders at all levels
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms
Data‑driven decision making, including use of insights and analytics to guide strategies
Success Metrics
Increased inbound lead conversion and pipeline contribution
Improved BDR, SDR or MDR productivity and engagement
Enhanced collaboration between Marketing and Sales
Consistent achievement of team quota and SLA compliance
