Job Requirements

Member in good standing of the SC state Bar, and licensed (or able to obtain a license in short order) in the South Carolina federal district and bankruptcy courts.

5+ years of mortgage foreclosure and collections experience required.

Able and willing to handle a significant volume of cases within the field of creditor's rights.

Familiar with resolving issues in discovery practice, depositions, and conflict resolution.

Appellate experience and knowledge of TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, and the Bankruptcy Code preferred. Strong leadership, written and verbal communication skills, and willingness to assist in growing the firm’s presence as a top‑performing firm.

Value reputation and willing to proactively develop relationships in the industry to be viewed as a trusted partner and advisor by both clients and colleagues.

Court appearances required, and some attendant travel may be required.

Familiar with the South Carolina legal system, and commitment to superior client support, confidence, and unfettered judgment.

Schedule

8‑hour shift.

Monday to Friday.

May involve after‑hour coverage.

Work Location The job location may be remote; however, it may require traveling around the state for hearing coverage.
