Creditor's Rights Attorney - Texas
Position located in Dallas, TX with a salary range of $160,000.00 to $265,000.00 based on experience.

The firm’s practice spans appellate advocacy, bankruptcy solutions, consumer collections, foreclosure proceedings, litigation support, regulatory compliance, REO services, replevin actions, and a suite of specialized legal solutions.

Job Requirements
Must be a member in good standing of the Texas state Bar, and licensed (or able to obtain licensure) in the Texas federal district and bankruptcy courts.
8+ years of mortgage foreclosure and collections experience is required.
Must handle a significant volume of creditor’s rights cases.
Familiarity with discovery practice, depositions, and conflict resolution.
Appellate experience and knowledge of TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, and the Bankruptcy Code are preferred.
Strong leadership, written, and verbal communication skills required; must assist in growing the firm’s presence.
Proactive relationship building within the industry to be viewed as a trusted partner by clients and colleagues.
Court appearances required; some travel may be necessary.
Commitment to superior client support and confidence in Texas state legal system.
License/Certification
Bar License in the state of Texas (Required)
Multiple licenses (a plus).
