Product Marketing Manager
to own their GTM motion.
This company is building the next generation of internal automation. Their AI agents live directly within Slack, automating complex IT support workflows so teams can focus on what matters. They have achieved strong product‑market fit and are trusted by some of the world's most recognizable tech unicorns to automate up to 70% of their internal requests.

The Role We are looking for a strategic storyteller to define how this product hits the market. You will own GTM for new capabilities—handling positioning, messaging, enablement, and launches.
Your challenge is to translate a technical AI product into clear, outcome‑driven narratives that resonate with IT, Security, and Operations leaders. You will bridge the gap between product innovation and commercial success.
What You’ll Do:
Own the Launch : Lead GTM for new products and features—from naming and packaging to adoption.
Craft the Narrative : Translate complex AI automation into concrete business outcomes for both executive buyers and technical practitioners.
Empower Sales : Build the enablement engine (pitch decks, training, objection handling) to help the sales team win.
Drive Content : Create high‑impact use cases, demos, and customer stories for every stage of the funnel.
Strategize : Define and track GTM KPIs to guide prioritization and optimize impact.
About You:
5+ years in B2B SaaS PMM : You have a track record of high‑impact GTM execution in fast‑growth environments.
Elite Storyteller : You can simplify technical concepts and articulate value without the jargon.
Customer Obsessed : You deeply understand buyer personas and how to message across the funnel.
Bias for Action : You are comfortable with ambiguity and iterative execution in a high‑agency startup culture.
