We are looking for a Digital Marketing Director to help lead our companies in expanding our online presence, driving new revenue generating leads and opportunities, and building our online brand presence.
The ideal candidate will lead digital for both our companies CrowdSync (LED Controllable Wristbands) and CrowdPass (Event Management, NFC, Access Control) which specialize in event technology.
You will lead our marketing efforts from driving our brand identities to updating websites and pushing us forward.
You should be proficient in PPC, Facebook Advertising, Google Adwords, email marketing campaigns, designing, launching and testing conversion landing pages and funnels, and aid in graphic design for client pitch decks and web assets.
Liaising and building teams of remote contractors to help efficiently develop and launch new digital sites and projects.
Responsibilities and Duties
Self-starter a must; work together to create and develop projects that push the company forward.
Efficiently driving web traffic through a mix of Paid & Organic Search, Social and Email.
Effectively curating our sites, landing pages, product pages with informative info driving visitors to convert into leads.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience creating custom decks and marketing materials for our Sales Team; targets to include sports teams, artists, festivals, and leading brands.
Develop organic content and manage all of our Social Media (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, etc.) Leverage these mediums to drive leads.
Working with a team of outsourced contractors (graphic designers, developers,content writers etc).
Proficient in Wordpress - efficiently update the CrowdSync website utilizing our intuitive themes.
Analytical marketing prowess.
Fully understand Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google AdWords; track conversions and alter campaigns to their most effective form.
Weekly reports of key metrics for each marketing channel.
Proficient in copy writing for ads, email blasts, web content, etc.
Location:
This will be a full-time in office role in our SoHo Manhattan office.
Compensation : Will be based on the candidates experience and expertise but will be within a $70-$80k + bonuses range.
