Unveiling the Position Buechel Stone specializes in providing high-end stone solutions for luxury homes and commercial spaces. As a Stone Design Consultant, your primary role will be to work closely with clients, architects, interior designers, and builders to bring their visions to life. You'll be responsible for recommending and coordinating the selection, sourcing, and installation of stone materials to create stunning and unique spaces.

Your Expertise To excel in this role, you'll need to develop a solid understanding of different stone types, their properties, and how they can be best utilized to elevate the overall aesthetic appeal of a space. You should be able to guide clients in selecting the right stones for their projects based on their preferences, budget, and functional requirements.

In addition, you'll need to be well‑versed in the latest design trends, as your recommendations should be in line with the evolving tastes and preferences of our discerning clientele. Your knowledge of color theory, texture, and pattern coordination will be invaluable in creating harmonious and visually striking designs.

As a Stone Design Consultant, you'll be the face of our company, representing us in client meetings, trade shows, and various events. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial to building trust and rapport with clients and industry professionals alike. You'll need to actively listen to clients' needs, provide expert advice, and address any concerns or queries they may have.

Role and Responsibilities

Welcome all clients to the design center

Assist clients with product selections

Provide timely and appropriate follow up with clients after their design center visit

Network with and invite architects, designers, and home builders to visit the design center

Plan and host monthly events to promote the Design Center to current and potential clients

Assist outside Sales with product selection inquiries.

Support sales territories by following up with leads from other sources

Track all client activity and collaborate with Sales in our CRM

Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of Design Center, including opening and closing duties

Use design center social media accounts to promote the Buechel brand and attract clients to the design center.

Follow Buechel Stone's Client Interaction Process to ensure all customers are delighted

Work on special projects as needed

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent presentation skills

Outstanding customer service skills

Ability to multi-task and manage priorities.

Professional presentation and appearance

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Valid driver's license

Previous Sales, Consulting, or Design Experience (preferred)

Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience with business to business and business to consumer sales (preferred)

Rendering and 3D modeling capabilities (preferred)

Work Conditions

Hours will be Full-Time/On-site - Approximately 45 hours/week and/or based of the needs of the job and business
