We are seeking a
hands‑on Executive Creative Director
to lead and scale a large, multidisciplinary creative organization. This role will oversee
four Creative Directors
across
UX, Digital & Events, Content, and Brand , with responsibility for a creative team of
over to 50+ creatives . The ideal candidate is a compassionate, kind, and inspiring leader who brings strong agency experience and a proven ability to drive business results through creative across branding, lead generation, eCommerce, and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor four Creative Directors (UX; Digital & Events; Content; Brand), ensuring alignment, collaboration, and creative excellence across disciplines
Inspire, develop, and scale a creative team of up to 50+ designers, writers, producers, and strategists
Set the overarching creative vision across branding, performance marketing, eCommerce, and lead generation
Partner with executive leadership, marketing, product, growth, and eCommerce teams to align creative strategy with business goals
Oversee creative across owned .com platforms, third‑party marketplaces, and integrated digital campaigns
Act as a
hands‑on creative leader , providing guidance, feedback, and strategic input on key initiatives
Balance brand storytelling with performance‑driven creative that drives conversion, engagement, and sales
Build scalable processes, workflows, and standards to support a fast‑moving, high‑volume environment
Champion a culture of compassion, collaboration, and accountability while encouraging experimentation and innovation
Ideal Candidate
12+ years of creative leadership experience, with a strong
agency background
Proven experience leading multiple Creative Directors and large creative teams at scale
Experience working with
product‑driven brands
where creative directly drives sales and growth
Deep expertise across
branding, UX, lead generation, eCommerce, and performance marketing
Strong understanding of digital customer journeys and conversion‑focused creative
Hands‑on, empathetic leader known for developing talent and leading with kindness and clarity
Exceptional creative taste, strategic thinking, and executive‑level communication skills
