UTA seeks an experienced Vice President to join its Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. Reporting to the SVP of Finance, the Vice President will serve as the lead financial partner for UTA’s fast‑growing Creators division, which includes digital talent, influencers, podcast creators, and gamers. The Vice President will collaborate with division leadership on strategic initiatives to drive long‑term revenue growth and margin expansion. This role requires strong insight into industry trends and the competitive landscape to assess and develop growth opportunities. Key responsibilities include overseeing the Creators division’s budget, maintaining ongoing forecasts, and providing data‑driven analysis of revenues, expenses, and performance trends to guide strategic decisions. The position offers regular exposure to UTA’s CEO, COO, and CFO.
The salary range for this role is $250,000 - $300,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
What You Will Do
Serve as the lead financial partner for UTA’s Creators division
Collaborate with division leadership on strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and margin expansion
Analyze industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify and evaluate growth opportunities
Perform ad‑hoc analyses and lead financial projects that address key strategic issues for the UTA Creators division
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision‑making
Work closely with the corporate accounting team to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting
Monitor and analyze department revenues, expenses, and performance trends
Prepare monthly business review presentations for senior leadership
Oversee the annual budgeting process for the UTA Creators division
Maintain and update ongoing financial forecasts
What You Will Need
At least 10 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a large, global organization
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
Experience in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting is a plus
Proven ability to draw strategic insights from diverse data sources
Hands‑on experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and reporting
Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and interpret complex financial data
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to create compelling presentations and explain complex financial concepts
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with accounting and planning systems (NetSuite preferred)
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
Strong leadership, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
Experience in digital media, podcast, esports, or gaming strongly preferred
