is seeking a Marketing Assistant/Specialist II to join our consulting team supporting a large global technology client in the cloud, devices, and digital acquisition ecosystem. This consultant will support high-impact email and digital marketing programs that directly drive device sales, customer engagement, and unit attainment. The role centers on building and optimizing email campaigns, developing automated lifecycle programs, executing creative production workflows, and publishing content across digital surfaces using CMS tools.
The ideal candidate brings strong hands‑on digital marketing experience, including campaign execution, testing and optimization, and CMS-based content management. The consultant must be comfortable working in fast‑paced environments, partnering cross‑functionally with design, product, analytics, and marketing teams, and presenting performance results to senior stakeholders.
This opportunity offers the chance to support a highly visible marketing channel, influence customer engagement strategies, and contribute measurable impact across a major global technology brand. Candidates should have a minimum of three years of digital marketing experience, including email or CRM execution, analytics, and campaign production.
Must have demonstrated success executing campaigns end‑to‑end, managing HTML/XML content, leveraging SQL and Excel for analysis, and improving program performance through structured testing methodologies.
Key Responsibilities Email & Digital Campaign Execution
Build and execute email campaigns that drive device sales and channel traffic
Develop new automated email programs to support lifecycle and growth initiatives
Partner with design teams to manage creative asset workflows and production
Report on progress against goals and key email performance metrics to senior stakeholders
Testing & Optimization
Develop and implement A/B and multivariate testing strategies
Analyze test outcomes to optimize for sales and unit sell‑through
Support the ongoing development of the email and CRM strategic roadmap
Content Production & CMS Management
Edit and publish digital content using XML, HTML, and CMS tools
Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with brand and accessibility standards
Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to ensure timely content delivery
Basic Qualifications
1+ years working at Amazon (contract or FTE)
3+ years of experience designing and executing digital marketing campaigns (email, on‑device/mobile, display)
Experience writing on‑brand, customer‑facing copy
Proficiency with CMS systems and basic HTML/XML editing
1+ years of experience using SQL or similar tools for data analysis
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and presenting to leadership
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing large‑scale email marketing programs
Experience with A/B or multivariate testing
Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
Proficiency with analytics and web traffic reporting tools
High attention to detail and consistently high standards
