Account Director – Insurance Marketing Solutions Client Executive leads our client engagements for the Marketing Solutions product set. The goal is to create credible, integrated partnerships with our clients, establishing successful adoption and expansion of our TruAudience products and solutions.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in analytics, strategy consulting or marketing consulting, including 7+ years leading and managing a team. Client‑facing experience.

Exceptional data, analytics, and quantitative acumen with understanding of marketing mix models, multi‑touch attribution, customer segmentation, identity management and data management platforms (or similar experience in predictive analytics).

Advanced technical (Master’s) degree in Statistics, Data and/or Analytics (or equivalent).

Significant presentation experience with client audiences explaining data, marketing optimization and analytics.

Strong client‑management skills and ability to build relationships with senior Fortune 100 executives or prior experience in the insurance industry (preferred).

Highly effective cross‑functional communication in written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities & Impact

Lead strategic engagements: manage complex, high‑value client relationships, ensuring successful delivery of marketing solutions that create meaningful business outcomes.

Build executive networks: develop strong connections with top marketing executives across Fortune 500 companies and diverse industries.

Drive insight & impact: translate advanced analytics into actionable strategies, simplifying complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives for stakeholders.

Shape vision & strategy: define key issues, establish a strategic roadmap, and influence senior client executives to enable transformative change.

Ensure value realization: oversee adoption and impact of Marketing Solutions across client organizations, ensuring solutions deliver measurable results.

Manage delivery excellence: develop project scopes, plans, and risk‑mitigation strategies aligned with best practices for efficient execution.

Expand opportunities: support commercial relationships and collaborate with internal teams to identify, scope, and contract additional opportunities.

Remote Work This is a remote position which may require occasional in‑person attendance at work‑related events at the discretion of management.

Pay Scale U.S. base salary range: $94,000 – $148,000 annually. Eligible for base pay and commission earnings. Commission targets generally 20% – 50% of base salary, may vary by position. Certain positions may also be eligible for long‑term incentives and other payments per company guidance.
