Hogan Lovells is looking for a Marketing & Business Development Systems Manager to join our global team. This is a high‑impact role where you’ll lead the rollout and continued development of Litera Foundation, our global experience management tool, while overseeing other key marketing technologies.
What you’ll do
Drive the global rollout and optimization of Litera Foundation
Manage CRM (InterAction), email marketing (Litera Concep), and ERM (Introhive) systems
Partner with IT, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions
Collaborate with a global team, ensuring smooth operations and user support
Use AI and automation to improve efficiency and data accuracy
What we’re looking for
7+ years working with CRM, marketing automation, and data quality solutions
2+ years in a management/supervisory role
Strong communication skills and ability to translate tech into business value
Experience in a law firm is highly desirable or professional services environment preferred
In Washington, D.C., the annualized salary range for this position is $143,000 to $180,000 depending on the candidate's overall experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Full time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. In addition, full time employees as well as some part time employees, will be eligible for the firm’s fringe benefits as they currently exist.
