OpenSeed is hiring a dynamic
Sales and Marketing Manager
to drive our next phase of growth. We are on a mission to develop a network of over 10,000 meditation and wellness pods around the world in offices, hospitals, condos, wellness centers, hotels, and more. We are already working with clients in each of these segments including Morgan Stanley, Deloitte, VA Medical Centers, Hilton, Fairmont Hotels, and have an incredible pipeline for 2026. This is a role for someone that loves the wellness space and can wear multiple hats in the short term, blending
marketing execution ,
lead generation , and
customer success that drives additional revenue . As we grow, you’ll grow into a senior position and build your own team. You will help us tell the OpenSeed story, generate qualified leads, conduct pod demos in Miami, attend trade shows, nurture relationships, help our existing clients, and work closely with leadership to scale our marketing and sales engine. What You’ll Do
Marketing & Growth: Execute marketing campaigns across email, social, paid media, and partnerships Marketing & Growth: Manage HubSpot for segmentation, tracking, and automation Marketing & Growth: Oversee content creation, newsletters, landing pages, and marketing assets Marketing & Growth: Generate new leads through outreach, partnerships, events, and activations Marketing & Growth: Coordinate photo/video shoots, PR initiatives, and product marketing Marketing & Growth: Organize and attend national and local trade shows, pop-ups, and industry events Marketing & Growth: Build relationships with designers, architects, wellness consultants, and spa operators Sales Development Representative (SDR) Responsibilities
Respond quickly to inbound leads to maximize conversion Conduct qualification calls to assess customer needs and readiness Run in-person pod demos in Miami and virtual demos for global prospects Schedule meetings and maintain CRM pipeline accuracy Nurture prospects through consistent follow-up and relationship-building Represent OpenSeed’s product vision with clarity and professionalism Help refine messaging, scripts, and qualification frameworks Customer Success
Lead post-installation onboarding calls to train staff on pod operation, best practices, and maximizing user adoption Monitor customer engagement metrics and proactively reach out to clients to encourage consistent usage and address bottlenecks Manage the monthly Premium Experience Plan touchpoints, ensuring clients understand their content updates, usage reports, and support resources Build long-term relationships with key accounts to encourage renewals, upsells, multi-location expansions, and referrals Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM (HubSpot), update lifecycle stages, and track satisfaction levels Collect customer feedback and translate it into actionable insights for product, content, and engineering teams Develop playbooks, FAQs, and lightweight training resources to standardize onboarding and customer experience What We’re Looking For
6–10 years of experience in marketing, sales development, or hybrid growth roles Highly organized, proactive, and entrepreneurial Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM systems) Comfortable leading demos, presentations, and client conversations Able to travel for trade shows, activations, and client events Passion for wellness, meditation, technology, or design A “whatever it takes” startup mindset Why Join OpenSeed
