As a Patrol Unarmed Officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, deter security-related incidents, provide customer service, and respond to situations as needed. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible, and uphold integrity and reliability. Position Type:

Mon 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM; Tue 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues. Monitor the environment for unusual or suspicious activity and promptly report findings to the appropriate personnel. Assist visitors and employees by providing directions and information, maintaining a professional presence at all times. Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and client representatives to address concerns and support a secure environment. Document observations, incidents, and actions taken during patrols and shift activities according to company procedures. Minimum Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age. Access control or badge experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
