Videographer

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Videographer. You will be responsible for producing video content that captures attention, communicates clearly, and elevates how the company shows up in the market.

Candidate Profile

• A strong eye for composition, pacing, and narrative structure. You understand how to make people feel something through visuals.
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools for shooting, editing, color grading, and sound design. You can handle a project from raw footage to final export.
• A strong bias for action and ownership. You thrive when given a brief and the autonomy to execute it.
• You must possess one of the following: a portfolio of video work, client or agency experience, relevant freelance history, or formal training in film or media production.

Core Responsibilities

Production

• Plan, shoot, and edit video content across formats including social clips, interviews, event coverage, and brand pieces.
• Own the full production workflow from pre-production through final delivery.

Creative Development

• Collaborate with the team to develop concepts that align with business objectives.
• Bring fresh ideas for how video can support marketing, sales, and community efforts.
