Videographer
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Videographer. You will be responsible for producing video content that captures attention, communicates clearly, and elevates how the company shows up in the market.
Candidate Profile
A strong eye for composition, pacing, and narrative structure. You understand how to make people feel something through visuals.
Proficiency with industry-standard tools for shooting, editing, color grading, and sound design. You can handle a project from raw footage to final export.
A strong bias for action and ownership. You thrive when given a brief and the autonomy to execute it.
You must possess one of the following: a portfolio of video work, client or agency experience, relevant freelance history, or formal training in film or media production.
Core Responsibilities
Production
Plan, shoot, and edit video content across formats including social clips, interviews, event coverage, and brand pieces.
Own the full production workflow from pre-production through final delivery.
Creative Development
Collaborate with the team to develop concepts that align with business objectives.
Bring fresh ideas for how video can support marketing, sales, and community efforts.
