Senior Social Media Advertising Strategist (Remote US) Join our specialized consultancy Abe as a Senior Social Media Strategy lead. About the role At Abe , we focus exclusively on social media advertising for B2B clients, leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, and emerging networks. This position reports to the Associate Director and drives paid media strategy and execution for our mid‑market and enterprise accounts. Roles & Responsibilities Oversee and lead a collection of social media accounts. Serve as direct support to client contacts. Communicate weekly with vendors and operational partners to ensure aligned tasks, quality, and improvements. Build quarterly strategies for clients. Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns. Provide fractional support for internal marketing initiatives within the agency. Deeply understand client positioning and unique value propositions. Confirm lead routing accuracy within a CRM. Manage personal productivity and utilization. Work directly with the Associate Director to achieve internal and client goals. Understand the value of programmatic campaigns. Drive cross‑sell, upsell, and referral opportunities through client relationships and professional network. Execute and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns, including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI. What You Offer 4+ years of experience in a performance/digital marketing agency, supporting B2B clients. Deep expertise in paid social advertising, especially LinkedIn ads. Knowledge of LinkedIn ad units (conversation, document, CTV, etc.). Proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, ZoomInfo, 6Sense, and related tools. Ability to delegate to junior team members for joint success. Strong understanding of paid principles: keyword research, copywriting, bid management, optimization. Analytical skills to review campaign performance using Google Analytics, GA4, Excel or other platforms. Ability to drive results and measure via OCT. Experience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc. Proven success with mid‑market or enterprise accounts. Clear articulation of strategy and data storytelling. Competitive and curious mindset; problem‑solving attitude. Staying on the cutting edge of the industry. Organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Quality‑obsessed, with a focus on advertising excellence. Willingness to travel to client sites approximately once per year. What Success Looks Like Align with core values in all interactions. Effectively manage roughly five mid‑tier and enterprise accounts. Meet or exceed departmental KPIs such as client growth, goal attainment, NSM and client satisfaction scores. Build client trust and relationships that result in consistent renewals. Cross‑sell services aligned with client goals. Clearly communicate results to client contacts and executives. Make strategic decisions that impact account direction. Benefits Living wage; annual base salary range $85,000‑$95,000USD (subject to equity and performance).
