Content Media Coordinator III (Contingent) Job Summary This dynamic role serves as the critical bridge between business clients and a network of specialized vendors to deliver high-quality content media products and services. Working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, you will coordinate the end-to-end fulfillment process for editorial services, press releases, promotional content, and various writing projects. The position demands excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining quality standards. You will interact daily with both internal team members and external vendors through phone and email, utilizing various software platforms to manage workflows, track projects, and ensure timely delivery. Success in this role requires adaptability, problem‑solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients while fostering strong vendor relationships. Responsibilities Coordinate fulfillment of content media products and services including editing, press releases, and promotional text while proactively identifying and resolving issues Manage relationships with outsourced vendors such as editors and copywriters to ensure clients receive quality deliverables Conduct quality assurance reviews on all content media products to verify vendor performance meets established standards Perform light editorial work and internal rewriting to maintain product quality and consistency Review and distribute press releases ensuring adherence to AP style requirements and company branding guidelines Oversee service fulfillment using multiple software and workflow management systems Communicate client successes and achievements to internal stakeholders and external partners Contribute input on team projects, process improvements, and product updates Develop comprehensive knowledge of the complete book‑making process and related service offerings Skills Strong customer service orientation with proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships Advanced proficiency in AP and Chicago Manual writing styles Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands Detail-oriented approach with excellent follow‑up capabilities Problem‑solving mindset with ability to navigate ambiguous situations Team player mentality with collaborative work style Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as business needs require Previous Experience Minimum 1 year of customer service experience Previous work in a B2B environment preferred Experience managing or coordinating with outsourced or third‑party vendors preferred Qualifications Associate's Degree required Bachelor's Degree in Communications, English, Journalism, or related field preferred Advanced knowledge of both AP and Chicago Manual writing styles Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive team in an industry that celebrates the written word and helps authors bring their creative visions to life.
