Responsibilities Support the activation team with campaign setup and trafficking across Meta, Google Ads, and Trade Desk. Conduct rigorous QA checks on campaign builds and creative assignments to ensure accuracy and alignment with media plans. Verify correct platform settings, targeting, budgets, and pacing prior to launch. Upload and organize programmatic assets (display, video, audio, programmatic OOH) within the The Trade Desk, ensuring correct naming conventions and flight assignments. Review and QA ad copy for accuracy, compliance with approved messaging, and adherence to platform character limits and formatting guidelines. Enter digital campaign insertion orders within Strata, ensuring alignment with media plans and accurate budget tracking. Assist with reporting tasks, including compiling campaign performance data, pacing summaries, and key results into shared reports or dashboards. Support troubleshooting of discrepancies or performance issues during campaign flights. Requirements 1–2 years of experience in digital media, ad operations, or campaign management (agency or in-house). Working familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, programmatic platforms such as Trade Desk, and basic Excel/Sheets. Strong attention to detail and commitment to process accuracy.
