Overview
Collina Digital is seeking a full‑time Digital Media Manager to lead our paid media department. This is a hands‑on role responsible for strategy, execution, optimization, reporting, and cross‑department alignment. You will work directly with an experienced associate or junior paid media specialist and provide direction, support, mentorship, and quality control across all paid platforms.
This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy both high‑level strategy and day‑to‑day campaign management. Strong project management skills, technical expertise, and a collaborative mindset are essential.
This position is primarily in‑office. Team members typically work in‑office Monday through Thursday, with the option of working from home on Fridays when workload and meeting schedules allow. Occasional in‑office work on Fridays may be required based on client needs or team priorities.

Primary Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Management
Partner with and oversee an associate or junior paid media specialist
Provide direction, coaching, and quality control
Delegate tasks appropriately and maintain accountability
Support training, workflow consistency, and platform knowledge development
Client‑Facing Responsibilities
Develop paid media strategies aligned to client goals
Build media plans, budgets, and KPI targets
Present plans and performance updates in client meetings
Deliver mid‑project updates and written recaps
Manage client approvals for budgets, creative, and campaign launches
Lead paid media onboarding and account setup when needed
Communicate performance trends clearly and proactively
Paid Media Execution
Manage campaigns across major digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube), Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok
Conduct keyword research, audience development, and competitive analysis
Build campaigns with proper structure, targeting, and tracking
Partner with the creative team on ad concepts, messaging, and testing
Monitor pacing and performance daily
Optimize campaigns to achieve and exceed KPIs
Maintain UTMs, pixels, tagging, and accurate conversion tracking
Ensure consistent naming conventions and QC standards
Internal Operations and Project Management
Update weekly status for all paid media projects
Keep timelines and budgets on track and escalate when needed
Identify opportunities to expand paid media offerings within existing accounts
Route all campaigns for internal and client approval
Maintain and refine internal SOPs and workflow guides
Document client account setups for consistency and efficiency
Additional Responsibilities
Participate in brand and campaign planning sessions
Support new business proposals and assist with pitch materials
Advise on tools and technology that improve media performance
Collaborate closely with creative, web, and operations teams
Skills and Experience
3 to 5 years of paid media experience preferred
Experience building and managing campaigns across major platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok
Experience with GA4, UTMs, GTM, conversion tracking, and technical setup
Strong project management skills and the ability to direct others
High attention to detail, accuracy, and process consistency
Strong communication and client presentation abilities
Experience managing multiple client accounts
Experience with programmatic platforms such as StackAdapt and with OOH placements is a plus
Agency experience preferred
