Intermediate Architectural Designer – Ground Up (Boston & New York Office)

About the role
Working with the project team, the right candidate will take ownership of significant aspects of multiple projects of various scales, including design and production throughout all phases of the project.
Qualifications
3–6 years relevant post‑graduate U.S. experience
Professional architectural degree from an accredited institution
Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with SketchUp is a plus
Experience in taking a significant role on projects from initial concept through construction administration
Ability to develop construction documents under limited direction of senior staff while maintaining and improving BIM model accuracy
Working knowledge of architectural design details and applicable local codes
Effective communication and coordination with consultants, clients, and contractors, especially in construction administration and coordination with trades
Strong multi‑tasking, time management, design, communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
Desire and ability to work in a fast‑paced and rigorous environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
