The Role The Growth Marketing Contractor will audit, advise on, and optimize Robolink’s organic and paid B2B marketing initiatives. During a 6‑month period, you’ll:

Audit Robolink’s current demand gen and growth marketing channels

Establish a new strategy, channel mix, and reporting for all things acquisition related

You'll also get a desk‑friendly drone to play with and program!

Together with our Marketing Director, you will focus on experimentation in 2026 with a goal to find the channels and content that perform best for Robolink. When it comes to reporting to leadership, we’ll all recognize that the “big misses” are just as valuable as the “big wins” for helping us learn, grow, and build the biggest drone brand in EdTech.

Compensation (Hourly) — Location‑Based Pay Tiers We use a 3‑tier geographic compensation model to ensure fairness and competitiveness across the U.S. as well as take into consideration skills and experience.

$50–$90 per hour

$40–$70 per hour

Tier 3 — Distributed / Rural Areas (Smaller cities, suburban markets, rural regions)

$35–$55 per hour

LinkedIn Lead Gen (and content support for Robolink Account Executives)

Ad optimization (Reddit, Retargeting)

Website CRO, forms, and landing page tests

Requirements

4+ years of experience in growth marketing, inbound, demand gen, email marketing, and/or related fields.

SEO experience, some AEO (AI Search optimization) experience.

Proven track record optimizing ads (e.g. on Google, Meta, AdRoll, LinkedIn, Reddit).

Experience planning and running experiments in Google Analytics (GA4).

Proficiency with Hubspot, Klaviyo, Brevo, and/or related martech platforms.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Note: domain experience in K-12 EdTech is a bonus, but not weighed as heavily as the skills above.

Nice-to-have Certifications

Google AdWords Search Advertising, Google Analytics Individual Qualification

HubSpot Inbound Marketing and/or Content Marketing Certifications
