Project Coordinator, Architecture & Infrastructure Design
We are looking for a motivated and accomplished Design Project Coordinator to join our infrastructure team. The role requires a highly organized mindset and an unparalleled ability to pull people together to make things happen.
What You’ll Do
Project start‑up/initiative including contracts, RFPs, work authorizations, project directories, cloud file sharing, opening project and sub‑project numbers; maintenance of logs (IDs, scope, schedule, responsible parties), meeting coordination, preparation of agendas and notes.
Design documentation/construction administration tasks: file sharing, contract and invoice management, design review documentation, meeting minutes, issue resolution logs, QA/QC initiation, RFI/submittal logs, managing deliverables and weekly updates; weekly reports for EPC teams.
Site visits to review and document existing conditions or construction progress.
Coordination with AHJ’s for permit submissions, project reviews, fee processing; tracking and updating permit folders and budgets.
Project close‑out tasks including as‑built documentation archiving (plans, equipment schedules, single‑line consolidation).
Establish processes for smooth workflow and host/lead weekly meetings for project/ticket intake.
Gather data from design managers/CMs on a weekly/bi‑weekly basis to populate various Gantt charts.
What You’ll Bring
Minimum 2 years of experience in a supportive capacity, preferably with an engineering, architecture or construction firm.
Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math (STEM) or equivalent experience.
Strong prioritization, time‑management, and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
Superior verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of urgency.
Intermediate to advanced MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Bluebeam skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Aconex, PlanGrid, and/or Procore preferred.
Self‑starter ability to work with minimal guidance.

Compensation and Benefits Expected compensation:
$18.40 – $48.00 per hour
